1. Overview
This policy explains our approach to cancellations for the Shubhvardan Kriya workshop and our other appointments, consultations and programs.
2. No cancellation option
Because your workshop seat, appointment or program access is allotted instantly upon successful payment, we currently do not offer a self-service option to cancel a booking after payment is completed. All bookings are treated as final once payment is confirmed.
3. How this relates to refunds
As set out in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds on appointments, workshop bookings, consultations or programs, except in a small number of exceptional circumstances (such as a duplicate payment or a payment that was deducted without the service being allotted). Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full list of exceptions and how to raise them.
4. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a workshop you have booked, please write to us at support@keliye.com as soon as possible with your payment reference. While we cannot guarantee a reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you for a future session where reasonably possible.
5. Changes to this policy
As we introduce new booking options, this Cancellation Policy may be updated to reflect them. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
