- Identity & contact information: name, email, phone number, city and details you submit in our forms, including this workshop booking page.
- Payment information: transaction details processed through Razorpay, UPI or direct bank transfer. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials — these are handled directly by our payment processor.
- Health & consultancy information: your stated eye concern, age, and any health history, lifestyle information or goals you voluntarily share with us for a consultation or program. This may qualify as sensitive personal data and is treated with additional care (see Section 4).
- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited.
2. How we use your information
- To review your eye audit and prepare a personalised recommendation.
- To create and manage your booking, and allot services — including workshop seats — instantly upon successful payment.
- To process payments and maintain transaction records for accounting and tax compliance.
- To contact you about your plan, sessions, orders and support requests.
- To improve our website, content and services.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, for the performance of our contract with you (to deliver the service you have purchased), and to comply with our legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@keliye.com, though this may affect our ability to provide ongoing services to you.
4. Sensitive personal data (health information)
Where you share health or eyesight-related information with us, we treat this as sensitive personal data. We collect it only with your explicit consent, use it solely to deliver the service you have requested, and do not sell, rent or disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes. Our consultants and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding any such information.

5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:
- Razorpay and our banking partners, solely to process payments and refunds where applicable.
- Service providers who support our operations (hosting, communication and automation tools), under confidentiality obligations.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or who have the capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access, to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
